By joining the TWGIS Service Provider Network, your firm can be paid to perform service requests for our customers in your area.  You can update job status, close out the job, and file the claim using our web-based system.  We can also provide assistance via fax and telephone.

 
Here's what you need to do to join the TWGIS Service Provider Network:

1. Review how the program works.
We have prepared a  "How-To Book"  that explains the dispatching and the claims procedures,
and discusses how to set up your customized rate structure and service matrix.
2. Review the Service Center Agreement
The  Service Center Agreement  establishes the terms of business between your firm and TWGIS, including negotiated rates for common service requests.  A signed copy must be returned to TWGIS before any work will be dispatched to your firm.
3. Create or update the on-line member profile for your business.
Your firm's TWGIS Service Provider Network member profile contains contact information, manufacturers and the products you service, and the zip codes within your service area.  This information is used to select the appropriate member of our service network when an TWGIS customer requires service.  Our dispatch system favors authorized service providers with favorable coverage, quality, speed, and cost indicators, and who have used the web site to update their profile within the past four months.
